Founded in 2025 by prominent criminal defense attorney Rocky Brancato, the Brancato Law Firm, P.A. helps clients reclaim their lives after a criminal arrest or investigation. Known for his strategic use of expert witnesses, Rocky educates judges and juries on critical issues, leveling the playing field against the government’s enormous resources. Previously, Rocky was second-in-command at the Hillsborough County Public Defender’s Office, the largest criminal defense firm in Tampa Bay. He also served many years in a specialized major crimes unit where he handled only sex crimes, child abuse and homicide cases.
