DESCRIPTION:The Ybor City Chamber Golf Tournament was started in 2005 to support scholarships for students enrolled in Hillsborough Community College's Film and Digital Media Programs at the Ybor City Campus. The scholarship was created in honor of long-term HCC Ybor City Campus President and Ybor City Chamber Board Member\, Dr. Lois Gaston.\n\n\n\nThe scholarship has supported students studying graphics\, radio\, television\, film\, acting\, and theatre. Additionally\, proceeds from the tournament go to support Chamber cultural events that promote the businesses and residents of Ybor City.
