DESCRIPTION:AUDITION INFORMATION\n\nRoles: 5F\, 5M\n\nPerformances: April 16-19\, 2020\n\nAuditions: Weds\, Jan 29 @ 7pm and Sat\, Feb 1 @ 11am\n\nLocation: Italian Club of Tampa (1731 E 7th Ave. Tampa\, FL 33605)\n\nRehearsals: Mon - Thurs from 7-9:30pm\; Feb 17 - Apr 15\n\nWebsite: http://aeonlifetheater.com/auditions/\n\n\n\n**Please come with an approximate 2 minute monologue prepared (or two one-minute monologues). At the audition\, you may be asked to do a cold reading and improve piece. Your monologue should show your ability to create and embody character and tell a story without being over the top.\n\n\n\n**Please bring a list of all potential conflicts including travel\, etc. Any conflicts with the posted schedule must be discussed with the Director before casting can be confirmed.\n\n\n\nAll those auditioning are encouraged to provide a resume of their onstage experience. "Open Call" auditions. No appointment necessary. Pay is cast profit-share of ticket sales.\n\n\n\nSYNOPSIS:\n\nThe classic board game is brought to life in Clue: On Stage! Six guests are invited to a dinner party thrown by an anonymous host. They are given aliases--Colonel Mustard\, Mrs. White\, Mr. Green\, Mrs. Peacock\, Professor Plum\, and Miss Scarlet. Though discouraged from revealing personal information\, it is soon discovered that all of them have fallen victim to the same blackmailer\, their very host of the evening. Each is presented with a weapon and an option: pay their extortionist double\, or kill the innocent butler. What follows is a madcap\, slapstick evening full of murder\, mystery\, and laughs as they seek to puzzle out the culprit among criminals. Contains adult humor and mild violence.\n\n\n\nAdapted from the Paramount Pictures film written by Jonathan Lynn and the board game from Hasbro\, Inc.\n\nAdditional Materials by Hunter Foster\, Eric Price\, & Sandy Rustin
